Take photos, create images, ... in short, use a camera to capture a moment, a scene, an atmosphere, colors, ... But for whom, for what?
My answer
At first to have fun, but quickly the idea or the desire to share with others takes hold and you wonder what to do.
An album, a website, social networks (Flickr, Facebook,…) and why not " exhibit » ?
Exhibit, but where and what? Always questions!
So why not take every opportunity that presents itself (photo club exhibitions, photo fair, local exhibitions, competitions, etc.).
Result: a page to show the photos I have shown at exhibitions.
The Palissades de Juliobona exhibition on the theme “Sound Snapshots”.
I accidentally learned of the existence of this exhibition and submitted two photos that I thought fit the theme. One of my photos has been selected. Exhibition visible in the hall of the Juliobona cultural center in Lillebonne (Seine-Maritime) from December 11, 2019 to February 8, 2020, a well suited place.

Spot-Nature Festival 2020 in Le Havre
Outdoor exhibition (from 11 to 13/09/2020) due to covid 19. A selection of 200 photos among the 1150 presented. The photo I submitted was chosen by the jury.

Spot-Nature Festival 2019 in Le Havre
I had the pleasure of having one of my photos selected to participate in this exhibition (from 6 to 8/09/2019) in the "Natural landscapes" category (without human traces). Selection a little rough, because there were 94 photographers in smooth with 941 photos proposed and only 150 photographs presented by 80 photographers were retained. A good experience.

Photo-fiction at the Capuchin library in Rouen
This library is housed in an old chapel, hence its name.

Paris Photo Exhibition
For several years now, this show has offered to those who wish to exhibit a photo corresponding to a defined theme free of charge. The selection is made by the organizers of the show. I regret that this show no longer has so many exhibitions of great photographers, but the idea of seeing one of my photos exhibited there interested me. My photos selected in 2018 (on the left) on the theme of "Movement" and in 2019 on the right on the theme "Duality".
Exhibitions in Mende
After having divided my time between Normandy and Lozère, I now live in Lozère.
My membership in the Mende photo club allows me to meet and exchange with other photographers.
In December of each year the club invites its members to exhibit one or two of their most successful photos.
Below, on the right my photos presented in 2017 and on the left those presented in 2018.

I mainly entered this contest to see how a contest was going and ... in the end I "won" by default. By default of participants and of sufficient quality for the other participants. But I participated!
